Sorry for the recent delay in posting. Tied up with so many things, that hardly had time to put together something useful. Another reason was updating the WordPress to latest 2.2.1, as 2.2 have some bugs that prevent/give issues while posting from desktop blog editors. Glad that problem has been resolved.
