Bad seriously bad, when Microsoft preaching for piracy protection, copy right violation etc. on the other hand ripping off someone else creation and using as their own.
The story “Microsoft Rips Off Apple’s Workgroup Manager Icon” popped up in Daring Fireball Monday morning. According to the story Microsoft was using Icon of Apple’s Workgroup Manager in their Vista Business edition’s purchase page (after clicking Buy now). Apparently the logo has been changed by Microsoft sometimes in late afternoon.
As I can see this referred page has been updated very recently, just yesterday late afternoon. You can even see Google’s catch or other services that provide web snapshots. The protector of Copyright and piracy, became the violators- quite a heart beating scene (but good for them they removed it on time before getting into some legal troubles), they can’t afford to have situation like this when Vista is just about to go out.
