Yep I had noticed ConnectSolution as a Adobe solution partner. 

And I am sure a lot of small and medium business will find it much cost effective to go with third party solution like yours rather than investing tons of cash to build their own.</description>

I did want to mention that ConnectSolutions provides an alternative to the expense and man-power required to deploy the real-time communication system on a company's infrastructure.  The company offers QuickConnect, which is an on-demand platform designed specifically for real-time web communication with Acrobat Connect.  This solution provides Acrobat Connect customers with all of the flexibility and control of Acrobat Connect, with none of the deployment and management concerns.</description>
