There are millions of blogs through out the net, and every minute new bloggers are joining the blogosphere. But how many of them become successful true blogger? Only handful of them becomes what literally blogger. Successful blogger doesn’t only mean the bloggers who are generating great revenue from their blog(s). A blogger who have growing readers, who follow blog ethics should be considered as successful blogger regardless of intention of blogging. Reader’s what makes the blog so unique, compare to static webpage. Blogging isn’t just writing a personal lifestyle or chronological diary, the depth of true blog is way more than those. Blog is a new form of journalism where writer express his/her views, ideas, experiences etc. which may be helpful to others. I sort out some basic points why most of the bloggers fail to become a true blogger.
Unaware Of Blog Basics: I have seen many blog across the net containing just family pictures, personal diary, obsession etc. nonsense elements which can not be consider as any way humorous or helpful to others. Those writers simply just unaware what are the basics of blog. A blogger should understand- Basic blog anatomy, blog terms, blog ethics etc. Those who do not care about blog basic should better stick with static web building rather than blog.
Failure to continue: This reason is above all reason for failure. If you search free blogs/ community blogs you will see 70% of them haven’t been updated for long time. Lot’s of people start to blog (whether for money or fame), than after few posts give up their quest to become a blogger. To be a successful blogger you have to blog regularly and periodically, even if not every day at least twice in a week.
Failure to interact: Whether you are corporate, business or personal blogger regardless of the topics you have to interact with your readers. A blogger isn’t just a writer, but also a reader. A true blogger always read and reply to his/her commenter. If you do not interact with your reader you won’t be able to understand what your reader want, which ultimately reduce reader of your blog.
Quality vs. Quantity: Many bloggers lean towards quantity of their blog posting to save them from “Failure to Continueâ€Â. Yes quantity of your blog posting is important but not as important as quality. If your blog post doesn’t have quality, why will your reader view that? And without reader ultimately your blog is just a dead page on the net. So many bloggers with potentiality throw away their quality in blog running after quantity, SEO, Keywords etc. Whatever you do just be yourself, do not compromise the quality of your blog at any cost.
Lack of Patience: Well unlike any other writer blogger needs a lot of patience. First he/she needs patience to go on since a successful blog takes time. Second a blogger needs patience to read and research which require bringing up uniqueness and quality in blog. Lastly a successful blogger is always patient with his/her readers comment, even if they oppose your ideas never ever react emotional with your readers.
There is many more reason why bloggers fail, but these are the primary reasons. If you can avoid these, other causes will unlikely to be in your way.
